2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required of 50% prepayment has been successfully received and a confirmation email or message has been issued by Afostay.
Afostay reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• 30 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.
• 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• 14 days or less before check-in: No refund.

5. Check-in & Check-out
Guests must comply with the check-in and check-out timings specified for each property.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Treat the property with care and respect.
- Follow all house rules provided by the property owner.
- Maintain appropriate behaviour throughout the stay.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Illegal activities, excessive noise, or misconduct may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without any refund.
7. Property Availability
While Afostay makes every effort to ensure property availability, unforeseen circumstances may require changes or cancellations. If a booked property becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative or process the applicable refund in accordance with our policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Afostay acts as a booking platform connecting guests with villa owners and property managers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afostay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, booking services, or your stay at any listed property.
9. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Afostay website, including text, logos, images, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Afostay unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
